Charles Gracie is an awesome instructor. For what ever reason not a lot of people talk about him (I think because he is so low key), but his jiu-jitsu is top shelf. I've also met Gary at several tournaments and MMA shows and can vouch that his team has a lot of skill.

Knee is healing nice zero tolerance. I'm pushing around a lot of weight (as in a gym, not just pushing my fat butt to taco bell), running, jumping, and even start to play a little hoops! Jiu-Jitsu will be the last thing to come back, but I'm teaching every night and learning what is working and what still needs healing.

Key thing is taking my time. If I don't screw up, am patient, and work hard it will be good as new. You WILL see me back in the cage (or perhaps ring) in 2007.
