OK...? So, im sittin here wondering why these guys are ignoring me and start thinkin'....well, to make a long story short, i ended up thinking about the gloves in mma. shouldn't they be smaller? anyone got a site with the rules. can we fight with smaller gloves. im just sayin', you wouldnt put a pad on your knees.

rio hero's. no gloves needed.
I think bare knuckle would be sweet. The punches in a fight would be more devastating and call for more technique and defense. Also every one who has grapple with and with out gloves. Knows that it is a lot easier to sink in some moves with out them. They also tend to get grabbed or caught a lot and slow down the pace.

i agree. i think they use the pad for hand and cut protection. I say if people break their hand, they should punch different. i think no gloves would also put a end to hitting people in the back of the head. and so what if people get cut, thats what i wanna see, well that or someone playing good d

I have always believed in good d. Especially on the b-ball court. Good d always leads to easy o. Damn I need to go ball.

I too enjoy good ol'fashioned barenuckle! If anything it makes it a more technical fight imo. first, understanding what a barenuckle can do to u is that much more incentive to avoid it, so u dont just see guy out there throwing sloppy bombs leaving themselves open. and like wise when you have to throw a punch without a glove and/or without your hand wrapped, you have to be more aware of what your hitting. Rioheroes is pretty exciting, but the early ones were kinda lame.
but i agree with what Jorge Pereira, its vale tudo not mma.
