July 10, 2007 San Diego - Total Combat, Southern California's premier mixed martial arts promotion, has joined forces with the mastermind behind the nation's top club and party empire. John Huntington, of Club Rubber fame, is bringing his brand of electrifying atmosphere to the Total Combat cage.

John Huntington, brings over twenty years of experience in promoting and managing some of the biggest and most popular clubs and 21 and up parties in the world. A self made man, Huntington began his career managing multiple Club Med facilities. He then went to Europe and absorbed the electronica, house and trance music scene in the clubs of Amsterdam. Huntington then returned to SoCal with literally a world of nightclub and resort experience, which he used to revolutionize the American party scene by creating Club Rubber. Huntington is club and party promotion royalty. He has sold out the 10,000 seat Mandalay Bay Arena four times in one year. He has also sold out the 10,000 seat Orleans Arena twice. His Pimp 'N Ho and Summer Of Love promotions took the number 3 spot on E! entertainment's "Wildest Parties" edition, only falling short to Carnivale in Rio and Mardi-Gras in New Orleans.

In 2004 Huntington took on another venture and co-founded the Hart & Huntington Tattoo Company, which was so successful it led to its own reality television series. Recently Huntington has been busy designing and consulting on the biggest clubs and lounges in and around Las Vegas.

Despite all of his club experience, this is not Huntington's first foray into MMA. In 2000, John Huntington co-founded the first incarnation of the WFA. Huntington has also been active in creating some of the best UFC fighter after parties to date. Total Combat CEO, Diana Ocampo, states "our events started in the gritty clubs of Tijuana, Total Combat is know for its fights and club atmosphere who better than John Huntington to join the TC Familia, John knows and understands our fan base like no other person could. If you think Total Combat was a wild experience before, look out".
